What is my shipping rate?
We determine our shipping costs based on the actual freight charge (based on the weight of your order) from UPS or USPS, current applicable fuel sur-charges, our packaging and handling costs.
On your cart page you are also given the option of viewing what your shipping charges will be by entering in your zip code information in the Shipping Estimator section.
How do I determine the size of crate for my pet?
Review the “Measuring my pet” page and the crates size to determine if the crate is big enough for your pet.
How long does it take to get my order?
It determines where the order is shipped. Review the shipping policy to UPS estimated delivery time.

What is the refund policy?
30 days return policy with refund the purchase price or exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs may be charged for exchanges.
Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost with the receipt of the defective product.
Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee.
